We do not guarantee that sources are up to date, complete, or applicable to your situation.

Your responsibilities

Reserved legal activities

AccessLaw UK does not perform reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007, including:

  • Exercise of a right of audience.
  • Conduct of litigation.
  • Reserved instrument activities.
  • Probate activities.
  • Notarial activities.
  • Administration of oaths.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessLaw UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
